Terms of Service

By accessing or using kwtrack.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

kwtrack is a free App Store keyword research tool that displays ranking and metadata information sourced from public iTunes APIs. The Service is in beta — features may change, break, or be removed at any time, and we do not provide a service-level agreement.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• scrape or automate access beyond reasonable rate limits;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code;
• bypass authentication, rate limits, or other access controls;
• use the Service to attack, disrupt, or burden third-party systems;
• use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code through the Service.

The Service currently does not require an account. If we introduce account-based features in the future, you will be responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, providing accurate registration information, and notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access.

The kwtrack name, logo, branding, design, and original content are owned by the operator. App Store metadata displayed on the Service is owned by Apple Inc. and the respective application developers. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of either to you.

kwtrack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. App Store data is sourced from publicly available iTunes Search and RSS APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data shown — it may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. The Service is in beta and may contain bugs.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim — which, for a free Service, is zero.

The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage when feasible.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a manner that harms its operation or other users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, except to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under your local law.
