Terms of Service

By accessing or using kwtrack.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

kwtrack is an App Store keyword research and tracking tool that displays ranking and metadata information sourced from public iTunes APIs. The Service is offered in two modes:

• Anonymous keyword check — the public search on the homepage runs without an account and is free to use.
• Authenticated workspace at /app/* — requires an account and lets you track apps and keywords over time, receive notifications on metadata or ranking changes, and use the metadata simulator. Available on a Free tier (with usage limits) and a paid Pro tier (see "Billing and Subscription" below).

The Service is in beta — features may change, break, or be removed at any time, and we do not provide a service-level agreement (SLA).

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• scrape or automate access beyond reasonable rate limits;
• reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code;
• bypass authentication, rate limits, or other access controls;
• use the Service to attack, disrupt, or burden third-party systems;
• use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
• upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code through the Service.

The authenticated workspace requires an account, created with email + password or via Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, providing accurate registration information, and notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access. One person may hold one account; sharing credentials across multiple people is not permitted. You can delete your account at any time as described in our Privacy Policy ("Account Deletion") — currently via email to [email protected]; a self-service button is on the roadmap.

The Pro tier is billed monthly. The current price is shown on the Pricing page and inside /app/settings/subscription. Prices are stated in USD and do not include taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction. Payments are processed by Creem.io; we never see your full card number.

Renewal. Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file until you cancel.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from /app/settings/subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep Pro access until then. After the period ends, your account downgrades to the Free tier — your tracked apps and keywords are preserved, subject to Free-tier limits which may force you to remove items in excess of those limits.

Refunds. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your first Pro charge — no justification needed. Renewals are non-refundable beyond mandatory rights under your local consumer-protection law (including the 14-day right of withdrawal for EU/UK consumers). Full terms, processing time, and how to request a refund are on our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Price changes. We may change the Pro price for new subscriptions at any time. For existing subscriptions, any price change takes effect from the next renewal after written notice; you can cancel before that renewal to avoid the new price.

The kwtrack name, logo, branding, design, and original content are owned by the operator. App Store metadata displayed on the Service is owned by Apple Inc. and the respective application developers. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of either to you.

kwtrack is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. App Store data is sourced from publicly available iTunes Search and RSS APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data shown — it may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. The Service is in beta and may contain bugs.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid to use the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a manner that harms its operation or other users. If an active Pro subscription is terminated by us for a violation, we may, at our discretion, refund a pro-rata portion of the unused billing period — unless the violation involves fraud or deliberate abuse, in which case no refund is owed.

The operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage when feasible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, except to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction provide otherwise. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you may have under your local law.
